I believe every body carries wisdom. My community work creates opportunities for people to reconnect with the joy, creativity and expressive potential of movement at every stage of life.

I collaborate with community organizations, arts and cultural institutions, health and wellness initiatives, educational settings and workplaces to create experiences that foster connection, creativity and belonging.

Grounded in expressive arts, movement and somatic practice, my workshops invite people of different ages and abilities to explore creativity through the body. Whether offered as a single workshop, a short series or an ongoing program, I aim to create spaces where participants feel welcomed, supported and free to move, create, reflect and connect.

Community-Based Experiences

Past offerings have included:

  • Expressive arts workshops and groups
  • Community movement experiences
  • Creative aging and dance programs for older adults
  • Movement and arts-based programs within community settings
  • Workshops exploring creativity, embodiment and connection
  • Collaborative arts and movement initiatives

Some of this work has focused particularly on creating opportunities for older adults to experience movement and creativity in ways that challenge age-based assumptions and honour the wisdom of bodies at every stage of life.

Whether I am facilitating a creative arts workshop, leading a movement experience or collaborating with a community partner, my intention is to create spaces where people feel seen, connected and invited into a fuller experience of themselves and one another.

Collaboration

I collaborate with organizations and groups to develop experiences that respond to their communities, spaces and goals.

Workshops and programs can be adapted for different ages, abilities, settings and levels of experience.

If you’re interested in bringing a workshop, movement experience or creative program to your organization or community, I’d love to hear from you.
