A space for movement, creativity, learning and expression
Arts Education & Movement Coaching offers opportunities for experiential learning, creative exploration, embodied practice, artistic development and connection outside the formal therapy relationship.
This work is grounded in the belief that creativity and embodiment can open pathways to curiosity, discovery, expression and growth.
Creative practice can offer a space to experiment, play, reflect and discover new ways of relating to ourselves, our bodies and the world around us.
Create
Creative & Embodied Learning
Experiential learning, personal growth, creative exploration and embodied self-discovery outside the formal therapy relationship.
These offerings invite curiosity, experimentation and creative play. They provide opportunities to explore movement, imagination, sensation and expression while developing a deeper relationship with your own creative process.
Explore the Possibilities
Creative & Embodied Learning offerings are educational and experiential in nature and are not regulated therapeutic services.
Dance & Movement
For individuals and groups interested in movement as artistic expression, learning, creative development and connection.
Dance can be a way of developing skill, expanding creative possibilities, deepening embodied awareness and discovering new ways of relating to movement.
Offerings Include
Yoga & Meditation
Practices for movement, attention, embodied awareness and contemplative exploration
Yoga and meditation offer opportunities to develop awareness of the body, breath, attention and present-moment experience.
These practices invite curiosity, reflection and a deeper relationship with embodied experience. They may be approached as individual practices or as part of learning and group experiences.
Yoga & Meditation offerings are educational and experiential in nature and are not regulated therapeutic services.
Shared Foundations, Distinct Contexts
Some of the creative languages that inform this work may also be present within my psychotherapy practice, including movement, imagination, sensory awareness and expressive arts.
Here, however, these practices take place outside the formal therapy relationship. They are offered as opportunities for learning, creative inquiry, artistic expression, embodied exploration and connection.
The environments may be more open and flexible, allowing for experimentation, collaboration, shared experience and creative discovery.
The creative languages may overlap; the purpose, structure and professional context remain distinct.
