I am a somatically oriented expressive arts therapist whose work is grounded in movement, creativity and embodied experience. I support people who feel disconnected from themselves, caught in recurring patterns or struggling to access their emotions, creativity or sense of purpose. My work is informed by a lifelong career in professional dance, including performances with The National Ballet of Canada, Ballet British Columbia and Kevin O’Day Ballett Nationaltheater Mannheim, as well as extensive training in somatic, expressive arts and trauma-informed approaches. I hold a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy (European Graduate School) and have trained in yoga, somatic movement practices and trauma-informed care. I integrate talk therapy with expressive arts and embodied practice to support reconnection, expression and integration. I offer a collaborative, creative approach that supports people in reconnecting with themselves and what matters most to them. View all posts by Maggie Forgeron
